When to arrive
We recommend you schedule appointments for services. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa service. This will allow you time to relax and prepare for your treatment. First time clients will be required to fill out a health questionnaire before treatment. A late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate other guests fairly.

Consideration
Please be considerate of other Spa guests and mute your cell phones and pagers when entering Spa Christique, For the comfort of our guests, the spa is a smoke-free environment.

Children
We love your children, but our guests visit the spa to relax and rejuvenate themselves. So please, we ask that your children are not brought to the spa unless they have a scheduled appointment. Spa services are available for children 13 years of age and older, with written parental permission.

Product Returns
Unopened and undamaged product returns must be accompanied with receipt within 7 days and will be honored with a spa credit for product or service. There are no returns on opened products. If you are unsure of your product choice, please schedule a complimentary skin assessment with our Esthetician.

Gift Cards
Gift cards make an ideal gift for any occasion. Gift cards are available in any denomination (dollar amount) and can be used for individual services, treatment series, corporate gifts, products and gift baskets. Gift certificates are valid for 12 month. Gift cards have no cash value and are exchangeable for other services or products only. Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash or refund. Spa Christique does not replace lost gift cards. Gift cards, like cash, can be used by anyone and it is not possible to track their use. In order to redeem a gift card, you must present the original at the time of purchase.

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of a 24-hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Method of Payment
We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. A $20.00 fee is charged for returned check.
